At a retail price of $89.99, it’s pretty hard to argue with the value proposition of an “all-new” Echo Show 5 smart display, especially when considering Amazon’s other “all-new” Echo Show (the one sporting a 10.1-inch touchscreen) typically costs $229.99. 

In addition to the aforementioned 7-inch touchscreen that you can use to watch stuff in the kitchen or bedroom (like a stationary tablet of sorts), the original Echo Show also has dual 2-inch stereo speakers going for it, a 5MP camera, and no less than eight microphones with beamforming technology and noise cancellation. That means the built-in Alexa assistant should be able to hear you from across the room and show you stuff, as well as stream music, answer your questions, make voice and video calls, and control compatible smart home devices without you ever having to lift a finger and actually touch the device. All for the low, low price of $69.99… if you hurry.
