Google’s latest mid-range wonders, the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL, are now available directly from Amazon.com. The online retailer never sold the Pixel 3; it is still available on Amazon only from third-party resellers.

The prices are the same as at the Google Store, but you may prefer to buy from Amazon because of your customer relationship there and its more liberal return policies. Plus, these are affiliate links, so you’d be helping me out as well:

My review is probably a week or two away—I need to review the Pixel 3 XL first—but barring any unforeseen issues, I expect to be able to recommend it heartily. These phones appear to be unique values in the mid-range of the smartphone market, and viable alternatives for many to far more expensive flagship smartphones. Certainly, I have an easier time recommending them than I do the far-too-expensive Pixel 3 XL.
