Nothing says new versions are inbound more clearly than a hefty sale like this one: All Surface Pro (2017) models are now $200 off at the Microsoft Store. Yes, including the version with built-in LTE capabilities.

As is always the case, there was no real heads-up about this sale, which is just casually noted on the front page of the Microsoft Store website. But I found out about this thanks to Neowin.

Here are the sale prices, which are good for 4 days only, or through September 3. I’m not sure if this is U.S. only but that wouldn’t surprise me.

Surface Pro – Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD – $799, normally $999

Surface Pro – Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD – $1099, normally $1299

Surface Pro with LTE Advanced – Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD – $1249, normally $1449

Surface Pro – Intel Core i7, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD – $1399, normally $1599

Surface Pro – Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD – $1999, normally $2199

Surface Pro – Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB SSD – $2499, normally $2699

Remember that you’ll still need a Type Cover, which normally starts at $129. And on that note, there is also a Surface Pro + Type Cover bundle for just $799 that includes a Surface Pro with Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. That’s $359 off! Or, upgrade to 256 GB of storage for $1259 (which is $200 off).
