Microsoft Launches Paid Version of Microsoft Forms

Microsoft is making its new paid version of Microsoft Forms generally available today. Called Microsoft Forms Pro, the new service can be used by businesses to collect data from employees and customers.
Microsoft Forms Pro is part of Microsoft Dynamics, and Office 365 customers can use it with an additional upgrade. Microsoft says the new service is integrated deeply into both Office 365 and Dynamics 365, as well as the Microsoft Power platform. “It’s built on Microsoft Forms for Office 365 with new, advanced survey capabilities to further support business survey solutions, including point-and-click simplicity to create and send custom surveys, integration with your business processes, and AI-assisted features that provide a deep-level of insights across transactional and behavioral data,” the company said.
The way Microsoft Forms Pro is different than the regular Forms is that it integrates much better with Microsoft’s enterprise platform. You can, for example, have automated surveys sent out to your customers based on customer events, like when a lead if qualified in Dynamics 365. It also integrated with Power BI, so you can easily get a bunch of reports based on the data from surveys.
