Microsoft has issued a near-final build of Windows 10 version 1903 (19H1) to Insiders. There are no new features.

“Today we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18351 (19H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring,” Microsoft’s Dona Sarkar announced. “If you are looking for a complete look at what build is in which Insider ring – head on over to Flight Hub. You can also check out the rest of our documentation including a complete list of new features and updates that have gone out as part of Insider flights for the current development cycle (which currently is 19H1).”

Don’t bother checking Flight Hub to see if there were any surprises in this build: It’s not even listed. According to the release post, there are several general changes, improvements, and fixes, none particularly notable. And a shrinking list of known issues, too.

Nothing to see here, in short.
