Take a look at Samsung's Galaxy Watch Under Armour Edition
Set to be marketed as the Galaxy Watch Under Armour Edition, the new watch should compete directly with the Apple Watch Nike+ and Fitbit Iconic Adidas Edition. It will reportedly rely entirely on Bluetooth connectivity and offer MapMyRun integration as standard. To make the wearable a more attraction option, six free months of the service will apparently be offered to whoever purchases it.
The Under Armour Edition watch looks identical to the Bluetooth-only Galaxy Watch Active 2. All of the latter’s internal hardware is expected to be borrowed too. But to make it more appealing to fitness fanatics, a specially designed sport band which can seemingly be bought in black or white has been added to the mix. Also, like the standard models, the Under Armour-branded one will be available in both 40mm and 44mm case sizes.
The Galaxy Watch Under Armour Edition will be compatible with both Android and iPhone devices. It’ll run the latest version of Tizen paired with the One UI interface and should also support Bixby and Samsung Pay.
